Supervision
I offer supervision to individuals and to small groups of psychotherapists and counsellors. My style is to build upon the strengths of supervisees and facilitate them in developing their own style. I have a strong ethical base.
I also have experience supervising other practitioners in the helping professions, principally social work and psychiatry. I would welcome approaches from practitioners from these professions, and particularly from social workers, either for individual or group supervision who are looking for supervision outside their organisation to look at developing their interpersonal practice with clients, looking at their own impact on their clients and how they are themselves impacted by their clients and by their work in general.
